Since the WHO declared COViD19
a pandemic in March, 2020 day to day as
we all knew it has changed.
We seek to understand how our customers, A/D, dealers, suppliers and employees are feeling. I do mean feeling as it important to understand what our collective reactions and concerns are. Feeling connected and engaged have been used a lot in the past 90 days, we knew that safe distancing and shelter in place was necessary and also a contributor too feeling isolated.
As recent as February we knew our trunk shows have been successful and helped us stay informed on the problems that design can address in the healthcare environment. IoA has a history of sharing stories that reinforce how a customer’s problem are solved through listening and taking that sharing back to the factory in Thomasville and translating that sharing into prototypes.
In March, our first “Virtual Trunk Show” was a testimony to our approach of listening and learning through an engaging one hour zoom format with our sales representatives.
Building on our 30 plus years of experience of designing and manufacturing healthcare furniture, we launched with our president, Fabio Delmestri leading our team by sharing stories and demonstrating how we have designed beautiful healthcare furniture that addresses safety, Infection prevention, positive experiences for the patient, nurse and family.
We have asked questions and encourage our guests to share their stories, an 21 events later and counting with over 150 guests sharing. IoA-Healthcare furniture is doing what has always come naturally, listening and designing for our customer.
Thank you!
